Q: How Can I Cancel or Change an Order?

Once an order has been placed and confirmed there is no way to cancel or change it. Nevertheless, once the item has been received it is possible for you to exchange it. One way to do this is to take the item to the department store. Q: What if my order is only partially delivered?

If you have only received part of your order, this could be due to other items being sent from other locations and arriving at different times. However, if your order fails to arrive complete or is damaged and otherwise undesirable, you can contact us at the contact page, and we will attempt to remedy the situation.

 

Q: What if my Order doesn’t arrive?

If you do not receive your order, you must contact us immediately so that we can assign a specialist to locate it. This can be done by email or over the phone. As soon as the specialist has located your package we will contact you via email with its current whereabouts and when you can expect your order to arrive. If the package has not been dispatched and hasn’t arrived you will be given the option to cancel the order.

Q: What if the Goods I receive are damaged or incorrect?

First of all, if this happens we are truly sorry that things have not gone smoothly. Please be sure to read over the returns policy to see how the goods can be returned. We will immediately investigate the situation and provide remedy, once we have received the incorrect or faulty goods. Kindly remember that the good must be returned within 14 days, from the date the shipment arrives in your hands.

If the product you have ordered arrives damaged, contact us on our contacts page. If the items you ordered are damaged, incorrect or faulty we will refund your purchase.

There have been times when, due to circumstances beyond human control, our valued customers have seen a slight delay in receiving their packages. During this time we will endeavor to keep our clients informed of where their packages are and how soon they can expect them. This may be done by phone or by email correspondence. If the delay were to happen after the packages are dispatched and before arriving at your place, wait at least 10 days before notifying us, this is to allow for the many possible delays due to shipping and handling.
